Please ensure that you fully understand and accept the terms and conditions on this website, as set out by Frontline Armouries. By using this site and placing orders herein, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and are also agreeing that you are over 18 years of age.

1) Ordering and Availability

1.1) All items offered on our website are subject to availability and price change. We endeavour to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock, wherever possible, excluding products that are made to order. If an item ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to notify you within seven working days of your order being placed. We will advise you of the likely time scales of any delay and/or price change, but you are of course free to cancel your order if we cannot fulfil our allocated timeframe.

1.2) Orders for any of our products are done by either credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque only.

1.3) All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase. Any automated reply that you receive shall not be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Acceptance of your offer to purchase shall only be deemed to be complete when we have recieved full payment and have sent confirmation of the order, by either post or by email to the email or postal address that you have provided (whether or not you receive the confirmation email or letter). We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase at any time.

1.4) We aim to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible (we aim to keep every item in stock, excluding blank firers requiring assembly, though sometimes due to heavy demand we may be waiting for a stock delivery or materials on some items)-and we aim to despatch in under 10 working days, excluding blank firers requiring assembly (see indivual product for delivery timescales). If your order is delayed and will take longer than 10 working days, except when otherwise notified, you will be advised so you have the opportunity to cancel. Cancellations due to slow despatch will be accepted if we have taken more than 10 working days to despatch your order. You will be advised by post or email and, wherever possible, also by phone, when your order has been despatched.

1.5) Orders are checked by us for the security of both you and ourselves. We (or our payment provider) may request proof of address and/or proof of identification from you before your order can be processed. If this is the case we will contact you giving you full details of what is required.

1.6) For credit and debit card customers, all orders must be accompanied by active credit or debit card information. This information is handled and authorised by our third party payment provider and we cannot be held responsible for any delay or misuse of your details originating at the payment provider. You should satisfy yourself to the payment providers Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Payments will be shown as being made to Frontline Armouries.

2) Payment and Ownership of Goods

2.1) We accept payment by all cards accepted by our payment provider. Your card will be debited upon placing the order. Should you return your goods for a refund your card will be refunded in accordance with the terms and timescales of the payment provider. In these Terms and Conditions of Business:- "Goods" means goods or products offered for sale by us.

2.2) "Promotional Products" means an item or product offered free of charge with goods that have been supplied and paid for, or discounted to free.

2.3) Goods and promotional products supplied by us remain our property until the goods are paid in full. If payment is declined by your cardholder, or your cheque is not honoured by your bank, whether before or after despatch of the goods to you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

2.4) If the goods and promotional products have been despatched we may:
a) Require you to return the goods and promotional products to us in good condition within 7 days; or
b) Require you to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days.

3) Website Accuracy, Security and Content

3.1) Our web designers work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible and in order to achieve this, our website is updated as regular as possible.

3.2) However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as product specifications given to us by manufacturers, special offers and promotions which may change without prior notice, before or after you have placed your order with us.

3.3) Products, prices, offers, tariffs and promotions are valid only for the period they are displayed on our website (unless otherwise stated)-all of which are subject to availability and change without notice. If any of these should change to your detriment or become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

3.4) Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible with the information on our site, some inaccuracies may be present. If inaccuracies are noted during ordering, we will inform you immediately, correct the detail and give you an opportunity to change or cancel your order.

3.5) Pictures of products are as a representation only, unless otherwise stated, and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.

3.6) There may be occasions when we experience technical problems such as BT line faults (that can also have a knock on effect to internet connections), maintenance, internet connection faults due to problems with our Internet Service Provider ect. This may lead to some emails/orders being delayed in reaching us, thus resulting in late delivery of goods. In these instances Frontline Armouries cannot accept any responsibility, as these are problems outside of our control.

3.7) We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents or operation. Frontline Armouries cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

3.8) Frontline Armouries makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Frontline Armouries shall not be liable to any person(s) for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

4) Product Warranty

4.1) All products come with a manufacturer's warranty as detailed by the manufacturer on individual products. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.

5) Delivery

5.1) Packages are delivered by Business Post, unless otherwise stated. In the event  of us not being able to despatch orders by our normal courier we will notify you prior to despatch with the relevant information such as expected delivery times ect. All of our deliveries carried out by Business Post will require a signature as proof of delivery and the courier may also require proof of identification. The courier retains the right to abort a delivery if proof of identification cannot be made available.

5.2) Deliveries in transit are considered to be pending until the allocated time has passed to the item being marked lost by the delivery company. Refunds based on lost items will only be considered once the delivery company has confirmed loss.

5.3) As far as Frontline Armouries is concerned weekend deliveries are not available, but the courier may attempt to try and deliver the item(s) earlier than expected providing it is in the couriers interests.

5.4) Frontline Armouries cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, acts of terrorism, stock availability, delivery companies and any other situations outside our outside our control, and therefre cannot accept any liability.

5.5) Parcels sent to remote parts of the United Kingdom, such as Northern Scotland and parts of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man ect may take longer to deliver.

5.6) We do not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom unless by prior mutually agreed arrangements. To protect genuine cardholders we do not accept card payments for deliveries to addresses other than the cardholders registered address. The option for genuine overseas customers wishing to purchase goods by bank transfer of funds is only available at the discretion of Frontline Armouries. 6) Privacy of Information

6.1) Frontline Armouries will not divulge any information belonging to any of our customers. However we may at times need to pass on your information to third parties such as delivery couriers in order to complete your order.

7) Pricing

7.1) Frontline Armouries reserves the right to increase/decrease prices on our website without warning.

8) Returning Products

8.1) If for any reason you wish to return a product or receive a replacement product please contact us. It is important that you contact us as soon as you become aware of any problem or wish to return an item. For goods that are defective on arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the item only as long as we have been notified of such defects within seven days of delivery of the goods. It is essential that you read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions and familiarise yourself with our returns time limits and charges that will be incurred, should goods be sent back in a less than pristine condition and/or with items missing.

8.2) Cancellation of Orders for other types of Goods:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. All goods including all packaging and any additional items such as free gifts, accessories and promotional vouchers must be returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition. Clothing must be unworn, and items must show no signs of use. You must take reasonable care of all goods whilst in your possession. Goods received back in an unsuitable condition will unfortunately not qualify for a refund. This does not include blank firing replicas.

8.3) Manufacturer's Warranty:
All goods supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty. Contact details for the manufacturer's technical help line and customer services can normally be found on the product tags or can be obtained from us.

8.4) Returning Goods:
In the unlikely event that goods do need to be returned to us you must obtain returns instructions by contacting enquiries@frontlinearmouries.co.uk. We will advise if the goods can be returned and where to send them to. Return carriage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective on arrival at your address. We very strongly advise customers to return all goods over £28.00 in value to us using a tracked and insured postal courier service. Frontline Armouries cannot be held responsible, accept any liability or issue any refunds for any returning items that go missing whilst in transit and in the possession of the chosen postal courier service.

8.5) We are unable to process any returns, refunds or cancellation of contracts until the goods have been received and checked by ourselves.

8.6) All goods should be packaged in a secure parcel to avoid damage in transit ensuring the contents are not on show.
Goods should be in their original unused condition, complete with all original items as below (as applicable):
- Swing tags
- Outer packaging
- Bags and cases
- Instruction sheets/manuals
- Any other accessories included with the original item
- Any free gifts, incentives or vouchers included with the offer

A charge will be made for any goods that are returned back in an un-saleable or incomplete condition up to the full sale value of the item.

8.7) Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days (normally within 2 working days) of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will normally be credited to the payment card details provided at the time of ordering the goods from us - e.g. refunded to your credit or debit card. Alternatively, we may send you a cheque or postal order for the refund or offer items of similar value if you accept. A charge (as above) will be made for any goods that are returned back in an un-saleable or incomplete condition. This will be deducted from your refund if applicable or charged against your debit or credit card details as provided at the time of ordering. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and the time it takes for transfer of funds is subject to their terms and conditions.

8.8) Refunds and Cancellations of Blank Firing Replica Weapons:
As per the Distance Selling Regulations, customers requesting to cancel an order at any stage for any of our blank firing replicas will still be liable to pay for all work, labour and material costs that have been incurred and carried out up to the point of the cancellation. If the costs already incurred are less than the minimum deposit paid, then the remaining amount from the deposit will be refunded as per our refund timescales. If the costs already incurred exceed the minimum deposit paid, then the additional costs will be debited from the customer.

8.9) Replacements:
Goods requiring replacement or repair will be despatched once the original items have been returned and the fault has been determined or repaired as required.

9) Trademarks and Copyrights

9.1) We attempt to avoid all trademark and copyright infringement. Should you be the copyright owner and feel we have misused your copyright contact us and we will correct the situation immediately. Proof must be presented by the person(s) that they are the legal owner of any copyright and/or trademarks.

10) Payment Authorisations

10.1) By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that Frontline Armouries through a payment provider are authorised to charge your credit or debit card for the goods supplied. You also agree that we are authorised to charge your card with any other charges specified within these Terms and Conditions.

10.2) In the event that any amounts become due (including missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) and remain unpaid for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility.

11) Liability

11.1) Frontline Armouries will not be responsible for any loss incurred through the ordering, use or misuse of products supplied by us (including postal delays) or any other indirect or consequential loss.

12) Your Legal Rights as a Consumer  

12.1) If any part of our Terms and Conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our Terms and Conditions shall not be affected thereby.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
